By building personal connections with our patients, we believe we’re able to offer the very best care for each individual’s unique needs. In our full service Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Department and shop, you can expect one-of-a kind personalized attention at every visit.

Frequently asked questions about our service and repair department.

  • Services and repairs are by appointment only

  • Walk-in questions are welcome

  • Service charges are $30 per quarter hour

  • Repairs can be billed to your insurance company with
    all necessary prescriptions from your provider


We are available Monday thru Friday from 9am to 7pm and Saturdays 9am to 5pm to answer any questions you may have as well as schedule appointments for fittings and repairs.

Choosing the right DME for you is a very personal decision. For many products, testing it out yourself is essential—which is why our unmatched, state-of-the-art showroom offers patients a hands-on experience right in the store! Test most equipment yourself right in our showroom or bring in a repair to our conveniently located shop right in the store. Our technicians are also fitting experts and can help you find the equipment that works best for your individual needs. We’re also committed to keeping your equipment up and running for the long haul—our in-house shop’s incredible technicians are here to answer any questions at any point in the process.
