Screening – Preliminary phone call (15-30 minutes) to assess basic qualifications, interest in the role, and overall fit.
Interview(s) – 1-2 interviews, a mix of Teams and onsite sessions, each lasting approximately 1 hour.
Reference Check – Gathering valuable insights into past performance, teamwork, and overall suitability for the role.
Offer – Job offer is extended promptly upon determining a mutual fit.
Onboarding – Background check and drug screening conducted.
