Hiring Process:

  • Application review – Assessment of qualifications, experience, and added value.

  • Screening – Preliminary phone call (15-30 minutes) to assess basic qualifications, interest in the role, and overall fit.

  • Interview(s) – 1-2 interviews, a mix of Teams and onsite sessions, each lasting approximately 1 hour.

  • Reference Check – Gathering valuable insights into past performance, teamwork, and overall suitability for the role.

  • Offer – Job offer is extended promptly upon determining a mutual fit.

  • Onboarding – Background check and drug screening conducted.

  • Each phase in the hiring process is contingent upon the availability of both candidates and staff, as well as the responsiveness of references (which can range from a few days to 2 weeks).

  • Review the requirements: No formal training or experience is required to apply.

  • Review the fee schedule: A small application fee applies.

  • Complete the application: Apply Online or on paper.

    • Please note that applying with a paper application does take longer to process.

  • Pay the application fee: Submit payment via the portal or include it with your mailed form.

  • Submit your application:

    • Ensure all required sections are completed.

    • Attach ID and any necessary supporting documents.

  • Wait for processing: Approval may take 2-6 weeks.

    • You will receive your license in the mail or via email.
