We staff both Respiratory Therapists as well as certified Assistive Technology Professional (ATPs) that provide in-home consultation services to ensure our patients are comfortable with their new equipment in a home setting.

Respiratory Therapists

Our Respiratory Therapists provide an initial consultation for our oxygen or ventilator dependent patients that includes set up of the equipment, fittings, training on equipment functionality, as well as proper home care maintenance. Throughout the continued use of our equipment, patients will also benefit from routine visits from our Respiratory Therapists to ensure proper working order of the equipment, as well as field any questions or concerns the patients may have.

Complex Rehab Specialists

For patients with more severe rehabilitative needs, our ATPs will make the proper arrangements and facilitate the necessary fittings with the patients and their Physical Therapists to ensure the timely process and delivery of the patient’s equipment.

Our on-site service and repairs shop is equipped to tackle all of your equipment needs, from standard maintenance to the most complex repairs, getting you or your loved one back on track as quickly as possible. Our knowledgeable and dedicated repair technicians are trained to service manual and power wheelchairs, walkers, lift chairs and so much more.

At Olympic, we offer our patients an extensive inventory of rental items available as both a monthly cash rental and a rental billed to the patients insurance. For patients looking to forgo their insurance, we offer a cash rental program. Upon receipt of the equipment, participants of this option are required to review and sign all necessary paperwork as well as provide valid credit card information that will be securely kept in the patients file to process recurring monthly charges.
